Experience the sights, the sounds and the tastes of a real steam weekend.

Join us for £25 (2 adults and up to 2 children) for the whole weekend or £15 for one night and day.

Data Protection (GDPR)

The Barton Gate Charity Steam Rally will use your personal data for the purposes of your involvement in this event. We will not share your data with any third party and the principles of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) will be adhered to. All such personal information, whether held on computer, paper or other media, will be obtained, handled, processed, transported and stored lawfully and correctly, in accordance with the safeguards contained in the GDPR (2018).

What’s included?

Up to 2 adults and accompanied children  16 and under  included in the price per pitch. You’ll get one camping pitch (1 Caravan, 1 tent or 1 campervan), free entry to the show both days (if you’ve booked for the weekend) and access to the evening entertainment. A children’s tent accompanying the adults is allowed. Staying in the camping area gives you unlimited access to the show and entertainment.

What do I get to prove I’ve booked?

Details are on the application form.

What are the times and dates?

Depending upon what pitch you have booked, earliest entry onto the event site for camping is 12 noon on the Friday immediately before the show and the site must be vacated by 12 noon on Monday following the event. You will not be allowed to move your vehicle (including caravan) on Saturday or Sunday during public opening times. If you do need to leave the site during the day on Saturday or Sunday we suggest that you park your vehicle in the public car park. In an absolute emergency please see any rally official – identifiable by their hi-viz jacket.

How do I pay?

Payment, in advance, may be made online or by  cheque.

Is there drinking water, a WC, and elsan?

Yes.

Are there electric hook ups?

No, sorry.

Can I have visitors during the weekend?

Yes of course during the day, but, they will be charged entry and must park in the public car park and come through the general public pay gate.

General notes

  • Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times – please comply with the Country Code at all times due to the proximity of livestock.
  • We request that all persons remove their rubbish from site or use the skip provoded.
  • No open fires please, enclosed BBQ’s are okay.
  • Instructions from site officials must be complied with for your own and others’ safety.
  • Have a good time.
